The Inside-Out
philosophy is based on the universal premise that, as human beings, we have the innate
wisdom and capacity to transform our lives, reach our goals, fulfill our
purpose, and create the healthy, balanced and prosperous life of our dreams.
Living consciously
from the ?Inside-Out? is about embracing our authentic selves by exploring
and fulfilling our true potential, rather than the limitations imposed by
ourselves and others.
There are
essentially two stages to ?Inside-Out? living. Stage One is about knowing.
Stage Two is about trusting. First, we become aware?of our truth, our story,
and those negative voices in our head that talk us out of
the life of our dreams. Stage Two is about using that awareness to trust,
listen and follow our intuitive, inner voice?our divine wisdom?as it guides
us to the real life we were intended to live.
As we look within,
we discover our history and the story we
play out because of it. We realize that we can make that story our
obstacle?our limiting belief, our rationalization, and our chronic
disappointment?and continue to live that
story our entire life, or we can discover how our story has created our ceiling,
and then break through it.
Once we begin to
question and change our beliefs and perceptions, we intuitively start making
different choices?choices which authentically reflect our
truth, not our story, and clear the way for us to live our potential,
instead of our expectations.
In this process of
changing, we realize that our journey, no matter how painful, was perfectly
choreographed to bring us to where we are. When we trust that inner wisdom and
have the courage to follow it, we learn to take responsibility, without blame or
shame, for the life we have created in this present moment.
And in this moment,
as in every moment, we are free to dream bigger, willingly receive our hearts?
desires, and be a positive influence on others and our world. We empower
ourselves to truly embrace the power of choice and Be Ultimate.
