1977, Dr. Susan Silberstein lost
her young husband to cancer. ?He
left me with two babies, a broken heart, and a burning desire to make a
difference.? Galvanized by her
loss, she founded the Center for Advancement in Cancer Education, a national
not-for-profit information, counseling and referral agency, where she has
personally coached over 20,000 clients.
Now,
as lecturer, as author of the book Hungry
for Health, as creator of the video Breast
Cancer: The Diet Connection, and as editor of the magazines Immune
Perspectives and Global Woman, Dr.
Silberstein delivers an important message about disease prevention through
lifestyle education.
Dr. Silberstein?s dynamic
presence, her passion for teaching, her clarity of communication, and her
